Shipping Time

* Generally, the delivery time is about 3-25 business days, this time is for reference only.

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. The actual delivery time is subject to the official website/notice of the logistics company.

* We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

* Please contact us at support@vulkit.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, we will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

 

Please Note:

1. We reserve the right to vary shipping methods to certain destinations should it be considered more appropriate and to alter the shipping method from that stated on your order should we deem it necessary.

2. When the order has arrived in the country of destination, imported duties and tax may be incurred, these charges are paid by the recipient, we have no responsibility to pay them. Note: If you do not pay the import duties and tax after 3 weeks, the parcel will return to us, we will not refund you, it will be used to offset import duties and taxes.

3. If our shipping company cannot match the address, we will send an email to you to confirm your address after the goods are being ordered. If over 24 hours cannot reply, we will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address.

* If the address you gave is wrong, our shipping company has not recognized it and has already shipped it to you, we will not be responsible and no returns for the wrong shipping address.
