Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order? How much does shipping cost?
Our orders are processed, packed, and shipped from our warehouses within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select and your delivery address. All shipping estimates are based on business days.
The shipping fee is determined by Customer delivery address, with free shipping on orders over $65.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking details, allowing you to monitor its progress. Please note that tracking will be activated only once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Factors like weather conditions, public holidays, peak shipping periods, and incorrect delivery information may cause delays in your shipment. If you suspect your package is significantly delayed or lost, and you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact our support team at support@vulkit.com.

Why can’t I track my order?
If you can’t track your order, it may be for several reasons: the tracking information is not yet available, the tracking number is incorrect, or there may be a delay in the tracking system updates.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to become available/updated after receiving your shipping confirmation email. If you still face issues, contact our customer support team for further assistance.
Warranty
What is the Warranty Policy?
Vulkit warrants the product against defects that due to faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase. Vulkit disclaims all responsibility for incidental or consequential damages caused by improper use of this product.
Any disassembly or repair done by unauthorized persons will void the warranty.
Please Note:
1. Only accept warranty purchased from VULKIT website, other third-party suppliers cannot support warranty service.
2. Only accept warranties with order numbers and product issues.
3. If your vulkit products fail within one year, or if you have any questions about the use of the product, please contact: support@vulkit.com
Does the warranty cover purchases from third-party suppliers?
If you purchased a wallet from our website, we will handle the replacement of your wallet under our warranty policy.
If you have purchased a wallet from a third party, such as Amazon, Alibaba or others, the relevant third party will handle the replacement, so please reach out to them directly.
