How do I place an order?

Placing an order is so easy, specific steps are as follows :

1. Enter a product page of your choice, for example, a Vulkit Slim Wallet

2. Click the buttom 'ADD TO CART' or 'BUY IT NOW'

3. If click 'ADD TO CART' , the shopping basket will open automatically. Click on 'Checkout' to start your order.

4. If click 'BUY IT NOW', you can start your order at once.

5. Fill out your contact details and click 'Continue to shipping'

4. Your order has been placed. We will send you a confirmation by e-mail and start processing your order immediately.

How do I pay?

Pay With Credit/Debit Card

We accept VISA and MASTER CARD payment.

Please note that VULKIT does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

Pay With Paypal

 When you place an order, there will be to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

How long shipping takes?

The delivery time frames are for reference only. There is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times can vary based on the shipping location, weather condition, custom inspection...

How to check my order status?

We will send an email that contains the tracking number to notify you when we ship the goods.
